Deep Tissue Massage
Postural problems and overworking cause muscle adhesion, knots and sores.
By applying firm pressure and friction across the muscle fibres, deep tissue massage aims to break down the troublesome area, restoring proper blood circulation to the area, which will in turn heal the scared tissue. Blood circulation is essential to keep the muscle fibres lubricated (avoiding them to dry up, tangle and harden up; yes muscles can become as hard as rocks!). It also cleans up the muscles by flushing down toxins on its way down.
