I am a sports massage therapist based in London Bridge and an avid ice hockey player for Streatham Nightwolves. Ice hockey training is extremely tough on the body, so I understand how the practice of sports can have an impact on your daily life.

Like many hockey players, I suffered from a range of sporting injuries from frozen shoulder to Achilles tendon problems. However, thanks to a great sports massage therapists and plenty of rest and rehabilitation, I recovered in good time to play my lovely sport. It was at that point that I knew that this is what I wanted to do in life, and trained as a Sports Massage Therapist at the Richdales Institute in Hammersmith Hospital.

My skills set have been showing very helpful for his clients as I am able to support their training through treatment to try and prevent problems before they arise. Honoured to have studied with some excellent bodywork teachers and practitioners over the years and my own massage work and style has been influenced by all of them. I continue to study extensively in an effort to understand the human body, touch, neuroscience and pain with the aim of further developing my own unique and effective massage style.
